​SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUNDS

Shipping:

We aim to deliver all orders within 7-15 business days. All orders are shipped via The Royal Mail. Most of our orders are received within 5-7 business days but during busy times orders can take up to 15 business days. We are not responsible for any customs fees or shippers fees you will incur or for delays because of customs.

 

Returns & Refunds:

We try our very best to ensure that all goods are delivered to a high standard. However, in a very rare case if there is a mistake on our part regarding the size, colour or quality, we will provide you with a refund and replacement once you have returned the goods. If a product is defective or does not meet your expectations, please send an e-mail to Carbonsaints@hotmail.com so that we can contact you and resolve the situation.

What can I return?

• We do not accept returned goods if we think the item has been damaged or worn by the customer.

• We do not accept returns of Snoods due to hygiene reasons; we also do not accept returns on customised products due to our inability to resell. 

 

On receipt of your order:

• Open all packaging carefully.

• Save the shipping package.

• Immediately check whether the product meets your expectations.

 

How do I return a product?

• You should return any item within 14 days of receipt.

• Carefully return the items in the original packaging and with tags enclosed.

If you require a refund and the items to be returned meet all the above stated conditions, we will return the amount you paid for the goods as quickly as possible. Please note the shipping fees are not refundable. Please make sure all the information and addresses are correct before placing your order.
